Outstation trips shall be calculated at 250 km per calendar day or the total km traveled, whichever is higher.
Kilometers will be calculated from PRR Garage to PRR Garage.
Outstation driver charges will be calculated per calendar day.
The above tariff includes the cost of chauffeur, diesel/petrol, lubricating oil, and any other consumables & maintenance.
If the vehicle runs beyond 30 minutes, the rate will be charged to the next slab. After 8 hours/80 km, extra hours and extra km charges will apply.
GST will be applicable as per government norms; the current rate is 5%.
All applicable taxes will be charged on the gross value of services rendered. Parking, toll tax, and interstate border taxes are extra and to be reimbursed as per actual costs.
Payment terms: within 30 days from the submission of bills.
Payment should be made in the name of “Prr Tours and Cabs Pvt Limited.”
